1. This product is 100% pure polyethylene wax, containing no additives.

2. High hardness, high dropping point, excellent lubrication, and superior dispersion.

3. High heat resistance and thermal stability.

4. Low molecular weight (approximately 3000–3200).

Applications

PE Wax Applications

1. Concentrated color masterbatches and filler masterbatches: Acts as a dispersing agent in color masterbatch processing and is widely used in polyolefin masterbatches. It exhibits excellent compatibility with resins such as polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and polypropylene (PP), providing outstanding external and internal lubrication. 2. PVC profiles, pipes, and composite stabilizers: Serves as a dispersing agent, lubricant, and brightening agent during the processing of PVC profiles, pipes, and fittings, as well as PE and PP products. It enhances plasticization and improves the toughness and surface smoothness of plastic products; it is also widely used in the production of PVC composite stabilizers.

3. Inks: Offers excellent light and chemical resistance and serves as a pigment carrier. It improves the abrasion resistance of paints and inks, enhances the dispersion of pigments and fillers, and provides good anti-settling properties. It also acts as a flattening agent, imparting good gloss and a three-dimensional effect to the finished products.

4. Wax products: Widely used in the production of floor wax, car wax, polishing wax, candles, crayons, and other wax products; it raises the softening point and increases the strength and surface gloss of these products.

5. Cable materials: Used as a lubricant for cable insulation materials; it enhances filler dispersion, increases extrusion rates and mold flow, and facilitates easy mold release.

6. Hot-melt products: Used as a dispersing agent in various hot-melt adhesives, thermosetting powder coatings, and road marking paints; it provides excellent anti-settling properties and imparts good gloss and a sense of depth to the finished products.

7. Rubber: Acts as a processing aid to enhance filler dispersion, increase extrusion rates, improve mold flow, facilitate demolding, and enhance the surface brightness and smoothness of the finished product.

8. Cosmetics: Imparts good gloss and a sense of depth to the products.

9. Injection molding: Provides lubrication to reduce machine power consumption and enhances the surface gloss of the finished products.
