Disperse red 91 is used for dyeing and printing of polyester and its blends. It has good fastness to sunlight and is widely used for dyeing fabrics in high-end places such as automobiles.

Application 1:

 (1) Preparation of Disperse Red 91 Dyeing and Printing Paste R-1 Add surfactant LS-7045g, sodium alkaline lignosulfonate 50g, ethylene glycol 30g and water 530g into the dispersion tank, disperse and stir to make it fully soluble, then add 345g of C.I. Disperse Red 91 raw powder, start the dispersion machine, disperse at high speed for 2 hours, put the dispersion slurry into a horizontal sand mill for circular grinding, and grind for 10 hours. After grinding, homogenize the slurry obtained by grinding twice through a high-pressure homogenizer, Disperse red 91 dye dyeing and printing paste R-11000g is obtained with fineness d50 ≤ 0.7 μ m,pH=7.2。

 (2) Preparation of Disperse Red 91 Dyeing and Printing Assistant Z-1 227g of deionized water is added into the dispersion tank, the disperser is started, and under low-speed mixing, surfactant FC-115g, penetrant SA-5030g, dispersant WAX28g, silicone softener 208C55g, cross-linking agent CLA-8045g, silicone modified acrylate adhesive SY-800600g are successively added into the dispersion tank, and all raw materials are added and dispersed for 30 minutes. Disperse red 91 dyeing and printing auxiliary Z-11000g was obtained, pH=6.7, viscosity 1300mPa. S (NDJ-1 rotor viscometer, 2 # rotor, 12r/min). 

(3) Preparation of Disperse Red 91 Dyeing and Printing Concentrate R-1 Add the disperse red 91 dye and printing paste R-1500g prepared in step (1) into the dispersion tank of the dispenser, slowly add 500g of disperse red 91 dye and printing auxiliary under stirring, and get the disperse red 91 dye and printing concentrated paste R-1 after stirring evenly, pH=7.0, viscosity 1450mPa. S (NDJ-1 rotary viscometer, 2 # rotor, 12r/min). 

(4) Preparation of Disperse Red 91 Dyeing and Printing Paste R-1 Add 960g of deionized water into the dispersion tank of the dispenser, start the dispenser, slowly add 20g of thickener PFunder high speed stirring, add red dye and disperse red 91 printing concentrate R-120g after stirring evenly, and obtain disperse red 91 dye, printing paste R-11000g, viscosity 1500mPa. S (NDJ-1 rotary viscometer, 3 # rotor, 30r/min), and use the prepared disperse red 91 dye and printing paste R-1 for flat screen printing, The printing process is as follows: textiles → printing → drying → baking → finishing → finished printing, in which the drying temperature is 100 ℃, 10 minutes, and the baking temperature is 180 ℃, 3 minutes.

 Application II: An environment-friendly water-based pigment paste, calculated by weight, comprises the following components: Disperse red - 8630 portions; Polyvinyl butyral 0.5 part; 3 portions of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; 1 part of ethyl cellulose; 2 portions of polyethylene glycol with molecular weight below 2000; 0.2 parts of defoamer, 0.7 parts of antioxidant and 0.1 parts of heat stabilizer; 90 parts of deionized water. The preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based pigment paste includes the following steps: weighing each substance according to the formula, mixing a part of deionized water and a part of additives in a stirred tank, adding polyvinyl butyral, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and ethyl cellulose into the stirred tank, stirring evenly, and then adding the remaining deionized water, wetting dispersant, pigment and remaining additives to mix evenly, Stir and disperse the above mixture for 30min, and then grind it with a three-stage series grinder until the particle diameter is less than 5 μ m。 The hydroxyl content of polyvinyl butyral accounts for 15wt% of the total amount of polyvinyl butyral. The process of using the environment-friendly water-based pigment paste prepared by this method to color the fabric is: add water to dilute the environment-friendly water-based pigment paste in the dyeing tank of the dyeing and setting equipment to obtain the dye, then place the fabric to be dyed in the dyeing tank to dye for 15-25min, turn on the press roller button of the dyeing and setting equipment, let the dyed fabric pass through the dyeing and setting equipment through the press roller, and squeeze out the excess dye, Adjust the temperature of the coloring and setting equipment to 170~190 ℃, and then dye. This dyeing method is formed at one time without other processes, which completely subverts the traditional printing and dyeing process. It shortens the original dyeing cycle from several hours to more than 100 meters of finished products per minute. There is no pollution and zero discharge of sewage. This method not only saves time, reduces production costs, but also is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. The fabric includes synthetic fiber and natural fiber, the natural fiber includes cotton bulk fiber, cotton knitted fabric, cheese yarn, yarn, yarn woven fabric, knitted fabric and nonwoven fabric, and also includes cotton, hemp and other fiber blended products, and the synthetic fiber includes silk, polycarbonate, nylon, polyester, nylon or polyester fiber. The environment-friendly water-based pigment prepared by this method is used to print and dye the fabric. The dyed fabric has high light fastness, high color fastness to washing, fast color application time, environmental protection and no pollution, and all indicators comply with domestic and EU standards.
