Application: Disperse red 92 is used for dyeing and printing of polyester and its blended fabrics to obtain blue light red and excellent dyeing fastness. Suitable for high temperature and high pressure dyeing and hot melt dyeing.
Disperse dyes are the most important and main category in the dye industry. They do not contain strong water-soluble groups, and they are a class of non-ionic dyes that dye in a dispersed state during the dyeing process. The particle fineness is required to be 1 μ M or so. After raw dyes are made, commercial dyes can be made only after post processing, including crystal stability, grinding with dispersant and other commercial processing. It is mainly used for the printing and dyeing of polyester and its blends. It can also be used for the printing and dyeing of synthetic fibers such as acetate fiber, nylon, polypropylene fiber, chlorine fiber and acrylic fiber.
