CN200710190914.9 reported an improved synthesis process for preparing C.I. DisperseRed86. The process for synthesizing C.I. DisperseRed86 was studied. It was proposed to replace the original water separation and washing process with methanol separation and washing process. The mother liquor and washed methanol solution after the product was separated by filtration can recover part of methanol by distillation, The solution (containing potassium hydroxide and methanol) after distilling and recovering part of methanol can participate in the reaction with the intermediate again, so that methanol and potassium hydroxide can be recycled, which not only reduces the amount of wastewater, but also recycles methanol and potassium hydroxide, reducing the cost. Specific embodiments: 1. Add 900L methanol, 300kg potassium hydroxide, 120kg 1-amino-2 sulfonyl-4-p-toluenesulfonylamino-9, 10 anthraquinone into the reactor. 2. Slowly raise the temperature to reflux, keep the temperature for 8 hours, and point the plate to control the end point. 3. When the terminal point is reached, cool down to below 60 ℃, drop 900 liters of methanol for separation, and the separation time is about 2 hours. 4. Filter when it is cooled to room temperature, wash it twice with 500 liters of methanol, and dry it to obtain 90 kg of product. 5. Mother liquor and washed methanol enter the distillation and concentration kettle. After concentrating part of methanol, it can again participate in the reaction with 1-amino-2 sulfonyl-4-p-toluenesulfonylamino-9, 10 anthraquinone.
