This product has the characteristics of high strength and low weight. It is opaque, light ivory, non-toxic, tasteless, and has the characteristics of toughness, hardness, and rigidity. It burns slowly, the flame is yellow, and there is black smoke. After burning, the plastic softens and burns, giving off a special smell of cinnamon, but there is no melting and dripping. It is a commonly used engineering plastic. Molding shrinkage: 0.4-0.7%, molding temperature: 200-240 ℃, drying condition: 80-90 ℃/2h. ABS resin is a yellowish solid with certain toughness, and the density is about 1.04~1.06 g/cm3. It has strong corrosion resistance to acid, alkali and salt, and can also withstand organic solvent dissolution to a certain extent. ABS resin electroplating can perform normally under the environment of - 25 ℃~60 ℃, and has good formability. The processed product has a smooth surface and is easy to dye and electroplating. Therefore, it can be used for household appliances, toys and other daily necessities. ABS resin can be mixed with a variety of resins to form blends, such as PC/ABS, ABS/PVC, PA/ABS, PBT/ABS, etc., which can produce new properties and new applications. For example, ABS resin and PMMA can be mixed to produce transparent ABS resin. Chemical characteristics ◆ Good comprehensive performance, high impact strength, good chemical stability and electrical performance. ◆ It has good fusion with 372 plexiglass and can be made into two-color plastic parts, and the surface can be chrome plated and painted. ◆ High impact resistance, high heat resistance, flame retardancy, reinforcement, transparency, etc. ◆ The fluidity is a little worse than HIPS, better than PMMA, PC, etc., and the flexibility is good.
