The size of the photosensitive toner microcapsule powder is 1-10um, and the maximum temperature resistance is 280 ℃. The water content of the microgel powder is less than 0.3%. The Photochromic Pigment can be added to oil inks,oil paints and coatings etc. And also when UV pigments added to plastic raw materials, it can be used for injection molding and extrusion.
Coatings: It's suitable for various surface coating products, includes PMMA spray paint, ABS spray paint, PVC spray paint, etc.
Ink: It's suitable for all kinds of printing, includes screen printing, intaglio and relief printing. It can print on all kinds of materials, including fabric, paper, synthetic membranes, glass, etc.
Plastic: It's suitable for injection and extrusion of various plastic materials such as pp, PVC, ABS, silicone rubber,etc.

1. When UV pigments used on base materials such as inks and coatings, the most suitable PH value is 5-7. The plastic substrates are best with high fluidity which means the MI value is at least higher than 10. The larger of MI value, the better color change effect.
2. Photochromic materials’ light fatigue are caused by excessive exposure to ultraviolet light (UV light) and high temperature. It is recommended to add light absorbers and antioxidants to increase light fatigue resistance.
3. Additives used in photochromic material like antioxidants, heat stabilizers, ultraviolet light absorbers,inhibitors can improve light fatigue resistance, but the proportion of additives is determined by the medium. The wrong proportion will accelerate light fatigue.
4. The photochromic material does not contain harmful substances that are harmful to the human body, and meets the safety packaging specifications for toy and food.
UV pigments should be stored in a cool, dry and completely dark environment.
