Pigment Blue 28 (Cobalt Aluminate Blue Spinel) ： is a Red Shade Cobalt Aluminate Blue with excellent hiding , color clarity and high tint strength. It has excellent chemical resistance, outdoor durability, heat stability and light-fastness properties and is non-bleeding and non migratory. Suggested applications include RPVC, Polyolefins, Engineering Resins, Paints and Coatings including General Industrial, Coil and Extrusion coatings, quartz granules and other high performance applications where most other blue pigments do not possess the durability of the Cobalt pigments.
