TK-100W special non-ionic surfactant reduces surface tension and wets the substrate, providing improved spreading, eliminating pinholes, and not affecting recoating or high-temperature recoating performance.

a. Improves product performance in preventing pinholes, wetting, and leveling;

b. Suitable for spraying, brushing, rolling, printing, and transfer coating processes;

c. Because this product is silicone-free, it does not affect recoating or high-temperature recoating performance;

d. Can be used in multi-layer coating or ink color matching systems;

e. Can be used in water-based high-temperature baking paint systems.

3. Addition Method: Add 0.3-2.0% of the total amount.

4. Applicable Scope: Water-based baking paints, water-based industrial coatings, inks, leather surface treatment agents, and water-based anticorrosive and epoxy coatings.
