Good compatibility, strong wetting ability, and low foam stability. Not suitable for recoating systems after baking above 150℃.

a. Increases the fluidity of the coating film and its wetting ability on the substrate;

b. Controls the orange peel effect of the coating film, resulting in a flat and smooth surface;

c. Effectively improves coating defects such as craters, edge retraction, fisheyes, orange peel, picture framing, and brush marks;

d. Enhances gloss and promotes the alignment of aluminum paste, pearlescent pigments, and matting agents;

e. Compatible with various systems and can help solve problems such as color separation and floating color;

f. The low foam stability makes TK-166 more suitable for PU systems.
