Fluoro Resin
Application
Fluoro resin can be used as linings for chemical pipes, valves, pumps and storage tanks; Insulation materials such as heat-resistant and anticorrosive wire wrapping used in the electronic industry; Wiring of aircraft, spacecraft and electronic computers; Wear - resistant, self-lubricating bearings, piston rings and gaskets for mechanical industry; Rollers for paper industry, printing and dyeing and textile industry, food industry, construction materials, etc. Fluororesin is also widely used as coatings, adhesives and synthetic fibers, such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which can be used in heat and corrosion resistant filter cloth, protective clothing, cosmological clothing and perfluorinated ion-exchange membrane linings. In addition, polytetrafluoroethylene can also be used as artificial blood vessels, trachea, heart-lung devices and other medical materials, and fluoroplastic 46 film can be used as blood storage bags. Polyvinylidene fluoride film can be used as stereo loudspeaker and strong sensor material. Ethylene-trifluoroethylene copolymer and ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene copolymer can be used as radiation resistant materials. XR resins are tetrafluoroethylene - perfluorinated (vinyl polyalkylsulfonate) ether copolymers, mainly used as ion-exchange membranes for the chlor-alkali industry.
