Application :
(1) Solvent based coatings
It is used to make wood varnish, color paint and wood primer which can be polished quickly. It can improve the gloss, fullness, adhesion and leveling of the paint film. It is recommended to use 3% - 10% in the whole system.
It can improve the solid content, gloss, fullness and adhesion of the system when used in nitro paint. It is suggested to use about 5% in the whole system.
Used for mechanical topcoat, primer and repair paint, hammer paint, automotive varnish, automotive repair paint, motorcycle paint, bicycle paint, etc., which can improve the coating layer fullness, hardness and impact resistance. It is suggested to use about 5% in the whole system.
Used in nitrocellulose or acetylcellulose paper coating. It can improve its quick drying, water white, luster, excellent flexibility, wear resistance and brushing resistance, and obtain high elastic surface. It is suggested to use about 5% in the whole system.

It is used in general high temperature resistant metal paint, baking paint and other high temperature resistant coating systems. It will not produce odor or bleach resin, and can speed up the initial physical drying process to improve the dryness of coatings. It is suggested to use about 5% in the whole system.
It can be used in alkyd resin paint to improve gloss, adhesion and weather resistance. It is recommended to use 3% - 8% in the whole system.
Used in chlorinated rubber paint and vinyl chloride copolymer paint, it can reduce viscosity, improve adhesion, reduce film pores, increase luster, etc. it is suggested to replace 3% - 10% of base material.

(2) Solvent based ink
Used in solvent based gravure, relief and screen printing inks to improve pigment wettability, gloss, printability and solid content. It is recommended to use 3% - 8% in the whole system.
It can be mixed with nitrocellulose, polyamide resin, alkyd resin, acrylic resin, maleic anhydride resin, rosin resin, etc. for plastic surface printing ink, plastic composite ink, gold and silver cardboard ink, anti-counterfeiting ink, transparent ink, stamping ink, heat transfer ink, etc. it can significantly improve its gloss, adhesion, leveling, quick drying, etc. It is recommended to use 2% - 5% in the whole system.

It can be used in ballpoint pen ink, ink and other pen inks to make them have special rheology and water resistance, so that the ink will not dry in writing tools, but will solidify quickly after writing. It is recommended to use 1% - 5% in the whole system.
(3) Solvent based adhesive
The main characteristics of aldehyde ketone resin are high adhesion and low softening point. It is very suitable for adhesives that require high adhesion. It is recommended to use 5% - 15% in the whole system.
It has thermal stability and can be used in the hot melt compound containing acetylbutylcellulose to control the melt viscosity and hardness of the cooling block and protect the mechanical parts of the tool.
It has good initial viscosity and holding viscosity, and can be used in nitrocellulose adhesives to bond fabrics, leather, paper and other similar materials.
The adhesion fastness, brightness, water resistance and weather resistance of the system can be significantly improved when it is used in polyurethane component adhesive.
(4)Solvent based pigment paste Aldehyde ketone resin is an ideal resin for paint factory to produce universal color paste with its excellent performance. The ratio of aldehyde ketone resin to solvent is suggested to be 1:1.
(5) UV ink coating or other systems
It can be used in UV ink coating to improve the gloss and adhesion of the product.
It is soluble in ethanol and has a certain hardness, which makes it suitable for manufacturing polishing agent and wood surface treatment agent.
It can be mixed with styrene modified acrylic resin to make toner for copier.
It can be used as fabric waterproof agent when cleaning.
According to its characteristics, it can be used in other ink coating systems.
Tips: the above amount is recommended. The manufacturer should conduct more tests according to their own product formula and the use of raw materials, and then determine the best amount or proportion. No more than 15% in the whole system is recommended. If there is no cracking and embrittlement, the usage can be increased appropriately.
6、 How to use it
Dissolve with solvent in the ratio of 1:1 and use it directly.
Use directly after dissolving with mixed solvent.
Use directly after heating and dissolving.
Use directly after dissolving with feasible monomer.
Tips: heating or stirring can speed up the dissolution! It is recommended to be used in the production process. It's not good to add it directly to the finished product.
