NBR is high temperature polymerized, half-crosslinked arylontrile butadiene rubber which has low mooney viscosity and middle ACN content. It uses special technology of agglomeration into powder. Applications

This elastic modification is well compatible with PVC,and can be used for the production of economic thermoplastic elastomer and prevent the movement of DOP,so as to extend the using life of products.The increase of filler application will still keep the tenacity of the products,thus to decrease the production cost and improve the production efficiency.The product is mainly applied for the production of PVC extruded film,advertisement lamp house film and artificial leather.NBR latex of such type is also available for the powder modification or direct granulation.

NBR rubber powder is used more easy.it is mainly used in shoes, oil pipe, wire and cable, gland strip, tube and so on.
