Application Areas
Paint and Ink Industry: Suitable for inks, paints, leather coatings, etc., significantly enhancing product slip resistance, abrasion resistance, and anti-blocking properties; when applied in water-based inks, effectively prevents printed materials from sticking together.
Textile and Paper Industry: Can be used as textile finishing aids, paper coating additives, and sensitising agents for thermal paper.
Plastics and Rubber Industry: Serves as a lubricant, release agent, and mould release agent.
Storage and Handling Requirements
1.Must be stored in a sealed container; never leave open to prevent surface skinning which may affect performance. Stir thoroughly before use.
2.Store and transport in a cool, well-ventilated environment.
3.During winter, prevent freezing and demulsification by maintaining storage temperatures above 0°C. Implement thermal insulation measures during transport.
4.Avoid contact with strong acids, strong alkalis, or strong oxidising agents.
