Product Description
Polyether polyol 335D(3500) is a low-VOC, low unsaturation polyether polyol with functionality of 3, molecular weight of 3500, BHT free. This product is smell-less and the trialdehyde content is undetected. It is suitable to produce flexible, semi-rigid polyurethane foam especially for sponge, seating, mattress, furniture and many other applications.
Advantage
This polyol product has high reactivity, smell-less, and wide product application tolerance. In the early and middle stages of foaming, the foaming rate is moderate, and the later gelation rate is fast, which can meet the foaming needs of different density and high resilience sponges in most application area.
Applications
335D is a 3,500-molecular-weight triol with low unsaturation. The PU foam made from it enjoys lightweight, durable and excellent energy absorbing characteristics. 335D is the main base material for polyurethane flexible foams, in applications such as: lump foam ,sponge, cushions, seating, mattress, upholstered furniture, clothing materials, shoe materials, carpet bottoms, packaging materials and many other applications.
