Application
Used in the food industry, especially as an acidification agent, PH buffer, and other compounds as a preservative. In detergent industry, it is an ideal substitute for phosphate. Chemical cleaning of boiler, acid washing agent, chemical cleaning and rinsing agent for boiler. It is mainly used as food acidity agent, and is also used to prepare medicine cooling agent and detergent.
