Thermochromic ink
Thermochromic ink is also called heat sensitive ink.
We have 4 kinds of this product
1.Reversible thermochromic ink color，colored---colorless,It shows some certain color at room temperature,the color will disappear after heating.The
color will return to its original color after cooling.
2.Reversible thermochromic ink color，colorless---colored,It shows colorless at room temperature,the color will appear after heating.The color will
return to its original color after cooling.
3.Reversible thermochromic ink color，one color---another color:It shows some certain color at room temperature,the color will change to another
color after heating.
4.Irreversible thermochromic ink color，colorless--- some certain color:It shows colorless at room temperature,the color will change from colorless to
some certain color,and the color will not disappear after cooling.
Remark:
A.reversible thermochromic ink color，colored---colorless,production temperature:-15-70 degree centigrade
B.Reversible thermochromic ink color，colorless---colored,production temperature only 60 degree centigrade.
Ink properties:oil-based and water-based,rich colors and significant color changing
Available printing methods:silk-screen printing,offset printing,transfer printing,pad printing,We suggest the printing background white color or light white
color,it can be increased the degree of differences in color changing.
Available printing items: applicable substrate,paper/fabric/metal/ceramic/glass/plastic
Range of application:anti-counterfeit label,wine packaging anti-counterfeiting,and packing of cigarette,food,drinks,pesticides etc.
Notes and drying methods
1. Nature dry,parch,UV curing.
2.Diluent:It can be diluted with corresponding thinner during using.(water-based ink can be customized and diluted with water.)
3.Size option of screen printing,between 150-200mesh.
4.Printing area,it depends on the printing area,around 20 ㎡.
