1. The dissolution procedures of powder dyes in different solvents are different, and the dissolution is affected by temperature, resin properties and solvent purity. Before use, please test according to their process requirements to understand their solubility in this solvent.

2. After the dye is dissolved, a small amount of substances will precipitate after long-term storage. Therefore, when taking it, filter it with 300-400 mesh filter screen to prevent the precipitated substances from entering the next process.

3. When dissolving, the solvent is metered and added into the dissolving container, and then the dye is added in batches. After addition, it is continuously stirred for a few minutes, waiting for 1-2 hours, stirring and static precipitation. If there are undissolved dyes, add an appropriate amount of solvent to extract the available dyes and pour out the remaining useless impurities.

4. When using, pay attention to the selection of good solvents and dissolution methods, otherwise it will cause adverse consequences such as more precipitates of chromatin, more dye content, different dyeing depth and so on.
