Polyethylene Wax PE Wax
Polyethylene wax (PE wax) is widely used with its excellent performance of cold, heat, chemical and abrasion resistance. As an additive, polyethylene wax has good compatibility with polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyvinyl acetate, ethylene-propylene rubber and butyl rubber. During the production process, polyethylene wax can increase the processing performance and gloss of the product.
As a lubricant, polyethylene wax has stable chemical properties and good electrical properties. Compared with other external lubricants, polyethylene wax has a stronger internal lubricating effect. In the process of processing, it can reduce the adhesion between the product and the mold, easy to release the film, play the role of internal and external lubrication, and at the same time can increase the surface gloss of the product.

Product Application Area
PVC profile, pipe etc.
Excellent external lubricant in PVC profile, pipe, pipe fitting, foam board,WPC products, etc. It has good late-period lubricating ability, and will bring more glossy appearance and lower processing torque.
Color masterbatch
It is widely used as dispersant in color masterbatch processing. With polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene and other resin has a good compatibility, and has a very good external lubrication and internal lubrication.
Rubber
As a rubber processing agent, it can enhance the diffusion of filler, improve the extrusion molding rate, increase the flow rate of the mold, facilitate demultification, and improve the surface brightness and smoothness of the product after demultification.
Wax work
