Dark grey green powder. Insoluble in water and ethanol, soluble in pyridine. It is bright yellow and green in concentrated sulfuric acid, and becomes olive green after dilution. The alkaline reductive leucosomes are dark blue; The acid reducing leucosomes are dark brown.
It is mainly used for dyeing and printing of cotton fiber and vinylon, and can also be used for dyeing of vinylon / cotton blended fabric. The color gain of vinylon is slightly deeper than that of cotton, and can be printed directly. The shade can be dyed into cotton knitting or yarn.
