Performance and Characteristics

Yellow-green floccule, melting point: 210-220℃,color shade: blue-white, its fineness over than 100 mesh, in addition to its foaming function, its other properties are similar to those of brightener OB. With good transmittance, it can be used  in transparent products, It can be used to whiten food packaging materials according to foreign regulations because of its  less toxicity.

Application

1.Suitable for synthetic fibers and plastic products, and has obvious effect in colored plastic products.

2.Suitable for Plastic Film, Pressing Film and injection Molding Materials.

3. For polyolefin, PVC, foamed PVC, TPR, EVA  and PU foam, synthetic rubber and so on.

4.Used in coatings and paints, etc. It has special effect in foaming plastics, especially EVA and PE.

5.The dosage ranges from 100 to 150g per ton.
