Wet Strength Agent Introduce
Wet strength agents can be widely used in decorative base paper, coated paper, map paper, food packaging paper, fruit bag paper, medical and sanitary paper, and other paper types that require wet strength.
Wet strength agent is mainly composed of polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin resin, which is a water-soluble, cationic, thermosetting resin. This product is a kind of non-formaldehyde polymer, non-toxic, tasteless, and applicable to a wide range of pH value, the machine ripens quickly, can significantly improve the wet strength of the paper, can also improve the dry strength of the paper, and help to retain the filter function.
Wet Strength Agent Application
Dilute the product with room temperature water 3-5 times, then add it to the slurry, or use a metering pump to continuously add it online. The recommended adding point is before the slurry pump, the reference adding amount is 0.5%-8%.
Wet Strength Agent Shipment
This product is packed in 1000L IBC polythene plastic drum.
Storage temperature is 0-30ºC.
The shelf life is 3 months.
This product is not dangerous and can be transported as normal liquid cargo.
