The substrate should be confirmed for adhesion before printing. 2. Insufficient drying. The solvent in the ink mold is not completely volatilized, or the two-component ink has volatilized the solvent, but the reaction of the two components is not completed, and poor adhesion will occur. In addition, whether it is a one-component or two-component ink, heating helps to improve adhesion. 3. Insufficient pre-treatment. Dust, oil, moisture, etc. on the surface of the substrate will affect the adhesion of the ink film to the substrate. PP, PE and other materials need to be treated with flame or static electricity, and aluminum and glass need to be degreased. Insufficient treatment will also affect the adhesion. 4. Improper ratio of ink and additive/hardener for two-component ink, excess ink or additive/hardener during curing will affect adhesion. Why do bubbles appear on the surface after printing? Reasons and solutions for bubbles: 1. The ink has high viscosity and dries quickly. The ink has high viscosity and is easy to foam during printing; if the ink dries quickly, the ink will be dry before the bubbles disappear, especially in high-speed printing, the separation between the screen plate and the substrate is fast, and if the ink viscosity is high, it is easier to foam. It can be solved by reducing the viscosity of the ink and using a slow-drying thinner. 2. The choice of diluent is not appropriate. If the diluent does not match the ink, it is easy to cause air bubbles due to compatibility issues. Therefore, a thinner compatible with the ink should be used. 3. Problems with the ink itself. Due to the failure of the defoamer during ink storage, it will also cause foaming during printing. An appropriate amount of defoamer or leveling agent can be added to the ink to eliminate air bubbles. What should I do if the ink is blocked? When network congestion occurs, it can usually be considered from the following aspects: 1. Whether the choice of diluent is appropriate, the diluent dries too fast, and the ink is blocked on the screen before it is transferred to the substrate. Especially for high-mesh screens, because the ink layer is thin and the solvent evaporates quickly, a slow-drying thinner should be used. 2. The ratio of diluent. If the amount of diluent added is large, the ink is thinner and easy to pass through the mesh; if the amount of diluent added is small, the ink has high viscosity and is difficult to pass through the mesh. The screen mesh number is high, and the proportion of diluent should be increased. 3. Large particles or dust adhere to the screen and block the mesh, causing the ink to fail to pass through. 4. Whether the screen is cleaned in time. After a printing is completed, if the screen is not cleaned in time, the ink will dry on the screen, thereby blocking the mesh. Especially the two-component reactive ink. If it is not cleaned in time, it will be difficult to wash off the ink after it dries. 5. The number of screens is high and the ink particles are thick. For example, the gold ink and silver ink of each series have coarse particles, which are only suitable for printing on screens with a mesh size of less than 300 mesh. It is easy to block the screen when printing with a screen of more than 300 mesh. 6. If the net starts to be blocked, you can print repeatedly on a highly absorbent medium such as paper for several times. After the paper absorbs the large particles, you can switch to normal printing; if the ink on the plate is dry, you can use a thinner Clean the screen and replace the screen if necessary; it is a problem with the thinner, you can adjust the ratio of the thinner or replace the thinner.
