Electroluminescence (EL) phosphor is mainly used in the production of cold light plate and cold light (tracing light), which can directly convert electric energy into light energy. EL material can be widely used in EL glass screen, EL enamel screen, EL plastic screen, EL wire and other alternating and direct current electroluminescent devices. At present, the main screen making processes of EL luminescent film are mainly screen printing or spraying. Therefore, EL luminescent powder produced by our company can be divided into three types:
Class B: average particle size of 28+-1 micron. It is characterized by high brightness and high temperature resistance. Class S: average particle size 8+-1 micron, characterized by high brightness, uniform and fine luminous, suitable for glass and plastic screen; Class C: average particle size: 27+-1 micron. It is characterized by coating treatment on particle surface, good anti-moisture performance, long service life, high brightness, no need for packaging, suitable for plastic screen. Raw materials include: electroadhesive, electroluminescent powder, barium powder, ITO conductive film, conductive silver glue (silver paste), insulating ink, conductive double-sided tape, diffusion film, etc., providing supporting materials and technical guidance; All kinds of EL devices manufactured with this auxiliary material are as follows: voltage 5V ~ 250V, frequency 50Hz ~ 4KHz, temperature -40 ~ +60℃, current 0.02 ~ 0.2ma /cm2, capacitance 0.2 ~ 0.7nf /cm2, power consumption 2 ~ 7mW/ cm2, humidity 0% ~ 90%, average service life of 8000 hours, brightness 70 ~ 120cd/ m2.
