Ceramic glaze pigment Vanadium Yellow is a yellow inorganic pigments composed of Vanadium Pentoxide, Zirconium Dioxide and other raw materials by mixing, firing micro powder and water washing processing. The Vanadium Yellow is a high temperature calcined product. In the process of high temperature calcination, V (4+) enters into ZrO2 to form an oblique zircon crystal structure. The composition may contain one or more group of SiO2, TiO2, Fe2O3, Al2O3 and Y2O3. This V-Yellow pigment is suitable for firing in oxidizing atmosphere. It’s suitable for transparent glaze and matte glaze.
