Process:

Time : 3 min

Step 2 : Acid Etching

HNO₃ 20%

Room temp

Time : 30 sec

Step 3 : Anodizing

H₂SO₄ 20%

Temp : 18-20℃

Current potential : 15V

Current denstity : 1.3A/dm²

Time : 20-40 min

Film thickness : 7-15μm

Step 4 : Dyeing

Temp : 55-60℃

Time : 1-15 min

PH=5.5-6.0

Step 5 : Sealing

Temp : 70℃

Time : 10 min
