Chemical property: the precipitates from acetic acid are orange crystals. An appropriate amount of it is red when it is dissolved in ethanol, brown and yellow when it is dissolved in ether, and purple when it is dissolved in caustic soda and ammonia.
Application: It is used as an intermediate for making vat dyes, disperse dyes and reactive dyes.
Purpose: Transparent orange 2G is mainly used for oil coloring. It can also be used for coloring various plastics, resins and their products.
